HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
A confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please keep this safe and check it immediately, as we might not be able to always rectify any mistakes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please email [email protected].

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE I CAN BOOK?
Max group size is 6 guests – it’s our largest table. And we can’t join any tables up, due to the nature of the show – sorry.

IT SAYS THERE IS NO AVAILABILITY - WHAT CAN I DO?
Tickets are allocated on a per table basis. The smallest table is 2 and the largest table is 6. If you cannot see availability for your desired party size, then no tables are available on that date. You can change the date to see availability for other performances or change your party size.

ARE THERE GROUP DISCOUNTS?
I’m afraid there are no concessions for groups.

I CAN’T MAKE IT. CAN I GIVE MY TICKETS TO A FRIEND?
That’s fine. Your tickets may be passed to friends if you can’t attend, but you must email [email protected] and let us know 48 hours in advance of name changes and dietary requirements.

CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET?
If you can’t make the date that you booked, you’re more than welcome to contact us at [email protected] and see if there is availability on any other date. Though please note we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate your requests.

HOW DO I GET THERE?
The nearest station is Kensington High Street (Circle and District lines), and the restaurant is about a five minute walk from there.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?
There are three arrival times in 15 minute intervals. Final admittance is at 14:05pm for the matinées and 19:20 for the evening performances. You must arrive 10 minutes before your arrival time. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to allow latecomers, as this will disrupt the show for our other guests.

WHAT TIME ARE THE PERFORMANCES?
Monday – Friday from 6:45pm.
Saturday – Sunday from 1:30pm and from 6:45pm (there is no show on Monday 4th December).

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?
Yes, there will be a cloakroom where you can leave your coats and bags during the performance. Though please try to keep your belongings to a minimum, as we'll need to seat everyone swiftly after they arrive.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS / USE A MOBILE PHONE?
We really can't allow any photography or filming of any kind during the performance. However, once the show is finished, you're more than welcome to take some photos!

ARE SOME SEATS BETTER THAN OTHERS?
As the performance is site-specific and taking place in an actual restaurant, all seats will have different views, and some seats will have a restricted view during certain parts of the performance. The show will make use of the whole restaurant and everyone will have a slightly different experience. But we guarantee it’ll be brilliant.

HOW LONG IS THE PERFORMANCE?
The performance will last for up to 3 hours. If you’re attending a matinée performance we’ll need to kindly ask for your table back by 5:30pm. If you’re coming along to an evening performance you can have your table for the whole evening and you’re more than welcome to stay in the restaurant or bar until 11pm.

ARE THERE BATHROOM BREAKS?
There will be plenty of opportunities for you to relieve yourselves.

WHAT DO I GET FOR THE TICKET PRICE?
The ticket price includes a welcome drink, lavish set menu, service charge and an entirely unique theatrical adventure. It doesn’t include any extra drinks that are ordered on the night, though we have prepared some drink packages for ease and facility, which you can order at the point of booking and they’ll be waiting for you at your table on the night.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
We have a lovely mix of classic Bombay dishes, both veg and non-veg. Please let us know in the ‘special requirements’ section how many vegetarians are in your group. Regardless of the menu you choose, there’ll be more than enough food for all.

CAN YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS?
We’ll try to accommodate all dietary requests, but due to the nature of the show, we might not always be able to provide alternatives to the set menu. Also, please note that our dishes are all prepared in the same kitchen, and so might not be suitable for people with severe nut allergies.

HOW LONG IS THE PERFORMANCE ON FOR?
This is a very limited performance. It will run from 27th November until 11th December (except Monday 4th December). After that Dishoom Kensington will be officially open to receive guests.

WHAT IF I WANT TO LEAVE BEFORE THE END OF THE PERFORMANCE?
Whilst we’d be incredibly sad to see you go, we understand that things may crop up. So if you need to leave early, please let your server know and they will be able to help.
