Production
And so, the charismatic (but wayward) Cyrus Irani invites you to the opening night of the Bombay Roxy, a café and jazz club housed within a former Art Deco cinema in Bombay, 1949.
Night at the Bombay Roxy is a rich, immersive, Indian noir. Dishoom has been working with the talented young artists Ollie Jones and Clem Garrity from award-winning theatre collective Kill the Beast, and director Eduard Lewis, Associate Director of Dr. Seuss's The Lorax (The Old Vic, 2015) to bring to life this unique story.
This brand new, site specific production will unfold in the beautiful surroundings of the as-yet-unopened Dishoom restaurant in the iconic Barkers Building, in Kensington.
The performance includes welcome cocktails and a lavish dining experience with finest Bombay dishes and live jazz.
